Placement agencies: their goal is to provide work to unemployed people. They assess profiles, skills, and knowledge, offer guidance, provide professional information, or select personnel.
Temporary Employment Agencies (ETTs): hire workers to temporarily assign them to another company. The salary must follow the agreement of the company where you will work.
